Repair info – Warranty

Full repairs can cost up to $400. Partial repairs also can cost up to $280. All clocks come with one year warranty on parts repaired. Please read more information below for your clock model. If you are looking for information about warranty, scroll down below. Shipping rate depends on how many clocks are in line. Spots in line can take up to more than 2 weeks for you to receive the clock back. Please be aware of this.

AURORA: We update them to the latest technology and parts, gutting the original insides and replacing with all new insides. That includes a new motor, filters and a cool running LED board. It is almost a new clock in your original case! All cases are polished and cleaned. We are not responsible for any damage from age or shipping. If you would like to keep the clock original as possible, meaning keeping a hot running bulb, that can be done. We recommend a complete update to ensure the clock running long as possible.

PRISMA: Prisma’s made with the LED version can be repaired. The original Prisma(with light switches) may be harder to get repaired. Depending on the shape of the clock and case, a repair can be quoted. Please call ahead to discuss with Angie. Older versions of the Prisma can be risky. Again, call ahead. We do sell bulbs for the original Prisma’s too!

WARRANTY

All new repairs and purchases have ONE year warranty from manufacture. This means if anything happens in shipping or something goes wrong over time, the clock can be sent in and re-repaired at no cost. Anything over one year will be discussed and payment may be needed. We do not honor reseller warranty. Meaning if this clock is resold from the original purchaser, the reseller is responsible for potential liability claims.

READ: Unfortunately, things can happen in shipping. A clock never leaves our workshop dirty (as much as we can help it, dust happens) or broken. Sometimes in shipping, all the movement from being handled can cause havoc to the clock, resulting in something that wasn’t seen in our shop now has made its presence known to the rightful owner. The good thing is we can fix it, and you are covered under warranty. You will have your clock back in no time! If the clock has arrived damaged on arrival, we cover all costs of shipping, back and forth.
